Refund Policy

BCharme offers high quality products carefully formulated with selected actives and in maximum effective concentrations, in addition to being dermatologically tested.

For a partnership of
  transparency, respect and trust with the consumer, we make available an Exchanges and Returns Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code.

To avoid any problem with your purchase, always stay at:

  • • Description, method of use, recommendations and product validity.

  • • Color of the product (the photos provided on the website are merely illustrative).

For purchases made through the virtual store, our exchange policy is based on the information below:

Checking orders:
  Upon receiving the ordered products, the buyer must verify, in the presence of the delivery person, that they are correct and in accordance with the requested order.
The buyer or person responsible for receiving the product must check the following items:

  • • Open or damaged packaging;

  • • Damaged product (crushed, scratched, cracked, broken, etc.);

  • • Product not in accordance with the order;

If there is any abnormality regarding the delivery, the buyer must:

  • • Refuse delivery;

  • • Do not sign the stub;

  • • Place a note on the back of the invoice and on the back of the carrier's proof of delivery, explaining the reason for refusal;

  • • Communicate the rejection of the request within 2 (two) business days via e-mail  contato@bcharme.com  ;


From the use of the products:
  If any change is identified in the product at the beginning of its use, contact our Customer Service immediately by phone +55 (85) 99437-1907 (from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) or by e-mail  contato@bcharme.com  and report the problem found.

The product must be shipped in its original packaging without signs of misuse, with the accompanying accessories and always with all copies of the sales invoice or tax coupon.

Products to be returned to the BCharme Virtual Store must be packed in their original packaging. The products and all accessories must be placed inside the package. The lack of any item may delay the deadline stipulated for solving the problem, as there will be a need for a new shipment of missing items whose shipping costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Once any discrepancy is found (indications of misuse or absence of the invoice) BCharme Virtual Store is exempt from accepting your request and will return the product to your delivery address without the corresponding refund of the amounts paid.

If the product for exchange is not available at the time of request, the BCharme Online Store reserves the right to negotiate with the customer a product of the same value for immediate service, the availability of credit in the same value as the product purchased for the customer use in a new purchase in the virtual store, or a refund of the amount paid.

PRODUCTS WITH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

Products purchased in promotions will follow promotion-specific exchange policy.

PURCHASE REPENTANCE RIGHT

Individual customers and customers considered consumers pursuant to Article 2 of Law 8.078/1990, who purchase products at the BCharme Virtual Store, may withdraw from the purchase within the legal period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of ( s) product(s).

BCharme has the value and purpose of serving consumers in the best way possible, always aiming at customer satisfaction with its products and services and acting in a transparent manner. Thus, in view of their duty of information, it is important to emphasize that, for the consumer to have the right to the purchase withdrawal policy in the virtual store,
  the product must be sealed.

This is because, once the seal of the product is violated, it will no longer be possible for it to return to the store's stock. From the moment the product is opened, it becomes a non-durable product, which makes it impossible for the company to reuse it and reinsert it in the market, especially in the case of dermocosmetics, which are subject to contamination .

If the customer, meeting the specifications described herein, still wishes to withdraw from the purchase, BCharme will not spare efforts to comply with the consumer's right under current legislation.

  contact@bcharme.com. Failure to comply with the aforementioned deadline may result in non-compliance with the request.

Upon receiving the product and verifying the above return requirements, the refund will be carried out according to the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase and according to the policies and deadlines described below.

Reversal of the amount paid according to the payment method

For cases in which the reversal of the purchase amount is necessary, the procedures are as follows:

  • • Orders paid with bank slip: the refund will be made through a bank deposit in an account held by the consumer who made the purchase. (Joint account data will not be accepted)

Data required for reimbursement:

  • • Full name

  • • CPF number

  • • Bank name

  • • Bank account number

  • • Agency Number

  • • Account description: checking or savings (salary account data are not accepted)

The refund will be made within 15 (fifteen) business days after the product arrives at the logistics operator.

Orders paid by credit card: The chargeback will be requested from your credit card company.

IMPORTANT:
  The reversal of paid installments may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices, as, depending on the invoice due date, the reversal may occur in the month following the cancellation request. Remembering that this procedure is the responsibility of the card company.
